About Irish Wedding Photographer Michelle Kenna
WHO, WHERE AND WHAT..
I'm a Dublin-based, Australian-born professional photographer & digital art-worker. I love spending time between Ireland, where I moved to in 2007 and Australia, where I grew up. The change keeps my eye fresh and I'm always spotting new areas I'd love to photograph people in.
THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS..

I love my Kikki.K stationery and packaging bits, Tim Tam biscuits, Wim Wenders films, Holga & Diana film cameras, and photography books.
OTHER (MORE PROFESSIONAL) BITS AND PIECES..
I am an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography [AIPP]. In 2005, I was recognised by the AIPP as a Master of Photography with Honours, and am humbled to have been awarded the following by my peers:
2005 AIPP Queensland Editorial Photographer of the Year
2003 AIPP Queensland Illustrative Photographer of the Year
2001 AIPP Queensland Editorial Photographer of the Year
I hold a B.A. in Visual Communication Design from the mind-blowing Creative Industries faculty at Queensland University of Technology, and a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from SBIT.
TEACHING..
I've lectured in various areas of Digital Imaging and Multimedia at SouthBank Institute of Technology's Photographic Department (2004-2007) and Queensland University of Technology's Creative Industries faculty (1997-2001), in Australia.
